About Finley Regional Care

A strong history and a sound future in aged and general healthcare

On the 1st July 2010, the name Finley Regional Care was established to represent the continual expansion of the aged and community care services delivered to the Riverina region of NSW. As a Community Managed Not-for-profit organisation, “Finley Regional Care” was seen as a fitting name that would not only encompass our present services but would embrace our future journey.

Finley Regional Care is registered under the companies (New South Wales) Code and the Charitable Fundraising Act and is an approved public Benevolent Institution. Finley Regional Care is also approved by the Department of Social Services to care for the Aged and Disabled and all services provided by the organisation are currently accredited according to the Standards set by its peak body.

Positive Vision, Mission and Values in aged and general care

From the inception and throughout the development of all our services, it was imperative that Finley Regional Care establish a positive vision, a strong mission statement and a fundamental set of values on which to underpin our future growth and commitment to the community.

Based on our vision of continually striving for excellence in caring for our community, Finley Regional Care embraces a high standard of quality care that is person centred, progressive, comprehensive and which takes into consideration the lives of the individual, family and community. In the facilitation, promotion and provision of care we recognise the individual’s health status, family and social contact, religion and culture as well as their own special needs.

About Finley regional Care
Enjoy good Family health and aged care - with Country Flair

When it comes to the care of your family’s health it’s important to know that you have a quality medical centre in your community, where you can visit a trusted local doctor for every member of your family - from babies, childrenand teens through to mums and dads and beyond. Of course there may also come a time when you need aged care like a nursing home or hostel for yourself or a loved one with respite or dementia care.

A wide range of general and aged care services.

Finley Regional Care is proud to offer a wide range of services in general and aged care for the residents of the NSW Riverina community. For example if you are looking for aged care options we can talk to you about which of our services are best suited to your needs like Berriquin – a high care nursing home (including dementia) or Ulupna Lodge - a low care hostel (including respite care) for more independent residents.

Perhaps you’re interested in community home care packages where you or an aged relative can remain and be cared for at home. And of course Finley Medical Centre provides access - not only to a caring family doctor but all the associated health care services you would expect from a first class medical centre.

Country Care – Good health for the Riverina Community

If you are a proud resident of the NSW Riverina community you’ll know exactly what we mean by “country flair” – it’s what defines this wonderful region and the people who live here. And today more than ever – it’s that “country touch” that is so important when it comes to not only aged care, but the health of your whole family. So whether you live in Finley, Berrigan, Tocumwal, Jerilderie, Deniliquin, Cobram, Barooga or surrounding areas you can be confident that the health of you and your family is in good hands.
