Security and peace of mind
When you have a loved one at our residential care you can be confident that their security is a priority. We have staff on the floor 24 hours a day as well as a call bell/sensor system for absolute peace of mind.
Glorious food and good nutrition
Not only do we serve delicious and nutritious meals for its residents, we take into consideration any specific dietary requirements including diabetes, allergies, personal preferences and cultural needs.
Spoilt for choice
We believe that in the twilight years our residents deserve those little luxuries more than ever. Our visiting hairdressers, podiatrists and dentists ensure a little TLC goes a long way.
We now utilise the Souped Up program, an online catering software program written by a Dietician, which provides complete dietary and menu management for our Residents.
This program has greatly enhanced our already house-made menu for our Residents allowing for all recipes to be made from fresh produce sourced daily. There is a multitude of recipes providing our Residents with more variety and greater choices, including some of the their favourites, Lamb Hot Pot, Prawn Cutlets, Curried Prawns, Fish Korma, Cheesecakes and Summer Berry Pudding.
There are many different clinical dietary requirements, allergies, dislikes, preferences, and cultural needs and Souped Up has provided us with an easy way to create a better experience for our residents with the many recipe choices. The hard work has been done for us.
In-house laundering and ironing
We also provide in-house laundering and ironing for our Resident’s clothes.
Keeping active
It’s no secret that keeping active and enjoying hobbies and interests is vital to both physical and emotional health. Our Leisure and Lifestyle Team provide many interesting weekly activities including outings to suit all levels of mobility and to stimulate both mind and body. We also provide religious services in a variety of denominations as well as enjoy regular visits from ministers of several faiths.
Living life to the full
We believe that being in care doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice the things you enjoy. If fact, now more than ever we encourage you to keep active and take part in the wide range of hobbies and interests available to suit your unique level of mobility and ability. Our religious services and visiting ministers from several faiths and denominations also means you can continue your spiritual wellbeing.
