This month marked a significant moment for our team as we said goodbye to our beloved colleague, Ruth Hayne, who retired at the beginning of October.
Ruth has been a cornerstone of our Quality Department for many years and has brought dedication, compassion, and a wealth of knowledge to her role as Quality Officer. Her knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement and resident-centred care have left a lasting impact on our organisation. Ruth will be deeply missed by all of us – staff, residents, and families alike.
