Every so often we’ll have an in-depth chat with one of our staff members, so you can get to know them a little better. This month we get to know FRC Quality Officer, Arjun Arjun.

How long have you worked at Finley?

One month.

What is your role at Finley Regional Care, and what does it involve?

I’m a Quality Officer.

What are your qualifications?

I have a Bachelor in Commerce, a Masters in Commerce, a Masters in Professional Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration.

What’s your favourite quote or saying?

“I wish my death finds me alive.”

What three traits define you?

Smart, honest, can do anything.

If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

How to undo some actions and re-write some memories.

Favourite movie?

A Bollywood movie called “Sanam Teri Kasam”.

Are you messy or organised?

I’m organised.

If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be?

I’d be a sage.

If you could meet anyone in the world (dead or alive), who would it be and why?

My grandmother, and tell her how much I miss her.

If you were on death row, what would your last meal be?

A nice plate of Rajma Rice.

If you were to write a self-help book, what would the topic be?

“Asshuu.”

Motto or personal mantra?

“I’m a river and can make my own path.”

Top two life highlights?

  1. Being an executive team member at 27
  2. Giving my best to every relation I made so far

What are three career lessons you’ve learned thus far?

  • Believe in yourself

What did you want to be when growing up?

A CEO.

What did you always want to try but never did?

I wanted to disappear in an unknown place.

What are the two worst things you did as a kid?

  • I never believed in myself.
  • I was scared of everything

What is your hidden talent?

I’m a good speaker.

What is your personal philosophy?

Live and avoid what doesn’t matter.

What phobias do you have?

I have a phobia of letting go.

What would you like to be famous for?

Being an exceptional leader of the country.

What would you most like to tell yourself at age 13?

You are going to be awesome with your career.

Which one would you want most – flying cars, robot housekeepers or moon cities?

Flying cars.

I’m with someone I lost.
