I am the Team Leader in Hotel Services covering Laundry, Cleaning and Continence Aids.

I have a Certificate III in Aged Care and Food Handling.
What do you like most about working here?
I like the stability, the co-workers, the residents and the management.

Finley is clean, caring, respectful and inviting.
What has exceeded your expectations or surprised you the most since coming here?
How much I have achieved and how long I have been working here – I have only stayed in Finley because of my job, which I love.

To always be mindful and cautious about workplace health and safety, infection control and staffing.
