We are pleased to announce that the new staff housing has been completed, and these homes have been utilised immediately, with staff members now settled happily into these new homes. These convenient homes are a necessary part of helping to attract staff to Finley, particularly registered nurses, which we have had to recruit heavily over the past 12 months to ensure we meet mandatory care minutes. These new homes offer comfortable living right near work, making life easier for our team – a win-win both for staff wellbeing and quality care!
