Well- it has been a jam-packed November 2022! We started off with the Melbourne Cup Day Luncheon on the 1st November. A lovely cold meat/seafood lunch was enjoyed by all who attended, followed by the sweeps in the afternoon. Congratulations to all those lucky winners!
The pampering sessions have become very popular, and residents are booking their nail treatment, hand/face massages and foot spas in advance, to make sure they don’t miss out.
Regular singalongs are being returned to the activity schedule, and even some percussion instruments may appear. New board games ,floor games and quizzes have also been introduced and the feedback from residents has been very positive.
We had our first Scenic bus outing in a little while and will continue with more in the future. As well, Irene beautifully performed her own song, “What colour is God?”, during a Wednesday church service.
