The new Medical Centre is well on track to be finished before the end of the year and the fit-out has commenced and is looking great, with much more room for waiting patients and improved ventilation and lighting. Flooring and painting are now being completed, as well as the final touches inside the building.We are expecting new furniture in the next few weeks as well, which will be exciting, as all the furniture and equipment in the current building have been there for 15 years. Construction is going ahead on the car park now, and we are just waiting on a run of fine weather to complete the car parks and concreting.
We are very proud of this project and are looking forward to being able to improve and increase services offered to the community in the future, as we believe this building has the ability to adapt to future change and needs.
There’s not long to go until this centre will be fully operational and able to provide much needed services to the community of Finley and surrounds. We are looking toward the end of October when we can move in and open the building, all going well. Stay tuned for further updates as the project reaches its final stages.
