Finley Regional Care are working closely with the department to transition to the NEW Support at Home Program.

Timeline for the transition:
- 1st July 2025: The Support at Home Program will officially replace the Home Care Packages Program and Short-Term Restorative Care Programme.
- 1st July 2027: The Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) will transition to the new Support at Home Program. The exact date for this transition will be confirmed closer to the time.
