WHAT A PRIVILEGE FOR FINLEY REGIONAL CARE!!!
There are some days here at the happiest place in Finley that we have to pinch ourselves about how lucky we are to be a part of the lives of the wonderful residents we have. Recently we had two in a row. November saw us celebrate consecutive 100th Birthdays!!
Stella Joseph and Eileen Oates partied the weekend away with family and friends – the warmth and joy was only matched by the stories and laughter (and the incredible food!!!)
There is nothing more rewarding than seeing five generations of a family singing around a piano, pawing over 100 years of photos, cherishing a recipe from so long ago, correcting stories distorted by time, and laughing till they cried about “what was his name?”
If you’ve ever been to a party and thought to yourself “That was bloody fantastic!”, double it and double it again for our two special ladies- and make sure you get an invitation to next year!!!
