FRC’s Special Day – Rita turned 105.
We were truly blessed today celebrating with Rita Langham on her 105th Birthday.
What an amazing and inspirational lady Rita is with remarkable health for her age and a wonderful life story, which she was happy to share with Grace and Jason from WIN TV.
Rita had a very busy day commencing with Gentle Exercises with Keith, Wendy and Kristin and her friends in the Activities Room, then a special birthday cake and coffee with her daughter Fran, staff and more friends joining her; plus Grace and Jason from WIN TV interviewing her, then many phone calls, flowers and congratulations were ongoing.
Rita also received the very special congratulatory letters from the Queen and Sussan Ley MP.
Recently Rita had a special 105th Birthday celebration with her family and we have included these photos also.
We congratulate Rita on this truly amazing birthday and thank her for the privilege of allowing Finley Regional Care to provide her with ongoing care and support.
We also included our two beautiful ladies Eileen and Stella, who turned 100 earlier this month, in the news story with WIN TV – wow what beautiful and amazing stories Grace and Jason have taken away with them to put on the news.
What a truly special birthday month November has been for us all.
