In our good news story for the month, we have been successful in recruiting a variety of new staff who you will start to see around Finley Regional Care in the next few weeks.
For starters, we are excited to welcome Lindsay Paice as our new Clinical Lead. Lindsay brings a wealth of experience and skills to lead our clinical team. Additionally, Ruth Hayne, our Quality and Training Coordinator, will be supporting Lindsay. Ruth also has many years of experience and knowledge, and together, they will ensure we continue to deliver high-quality care.
We have also successfully recruited four new RNs who are scheduled to start over the coming weeks. This will remove the need for agency RNs and ensure continued care for our residents. We have also welcomed new RN Glynis Anderson, who is working at the Berrigan Medical Centre. We hope everyone makes Glynis feel welcome, and we hope she enjoys her time with FRC.
New staff for our Hotel Services and Home Care department are also due to commence work in the next two weeks.
