We are now officially over halfway through the year. The days will be getting longer and the weather warmer, all good things to look forward to.
This month we had a visit from the wonderful Ukeladies. Everyone enjoyed their show, and we look forward to them returning. Our next entertainer will be Jade Camden, so we will have another fun-filled afternoon to look forward to.
The Men’s Shed visits are very popular with our gentlemen. Once again, a huge thank-you to the gents there who give up their time to assist.
Our coordination and active games have been popular this month. Cinema remains another activity that has been well received. We also enjoyed our monthly visit from the children from Birralee Pre-School. Much fun was had by the children and residents playing darts (we used plastic magnetic darts, so don’t panic, all was safe!).
The Lifestyle and Leisure team would like to take this time to say goodbye and thankyou to Tracy and Christine. Your happy smiles and cheery faces will be missed terribly.
