This week marked Aged Care Employee Day – a very important day to recognise each and every aged care team member involved in caring for the 1.3 million plus older Aussies who receive either residential care services or care in their home.
This year’s theme is, ‘Thanks for Caring’, and it’s an appropriate one to recognise the over 360,000 aged care workers, nurses, allied health professionals, lifestyle officers, hospitality workers, cleaners, drivers, admin staff and volunteers who keep the aged care industry running effectively. Here at FRC, we’d like to take a moment to express our heartfelt appreciation to all our staff members for their unwavering dedication and hard work during these challenging times. Their commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents is truly commendable, and we are incredibly grateful for their tireless efforts.
The collective effort of all our staff and volunteers and their unwavering commitment to compassionate care make Finley Regional Care an exceptional place for our residents to call home.
