We are thrilled to announce that FRC has garnered significant interest from new employees seeking to join our team. This influx of interest is a testament to the reputation of our facility and the exceptional care we provide. We warmly welcome all the new staff members and are confident that their expertise and enthusiasm will further strengthen our community.
We would like to welcome Mistie Sibraa and Matthew Mills to the RN nursing team.
Mistie has been with us a few months now and she has been a brilliant addition to the FRC family. Matthew comes with a wealth of experience and will continue to juggle his acute care work with the more demanding Aged Care role.
You will also see some new ENs around the facility. Helen Simpson and Jules Craigen have signed on and we look forward to their positive contribution.
We are also pleased to announce that FRC has received approval to bring more employees from Kiribati in the coming months. This collaborative effort will assist us in fulfilling the increasing demand for care services for our residents. The diverse perspectives and experiences our international team members bring to our facility greatly enrich the cultural fabric of FRC and enhance our ability to provide personalised care.
