Well, April was a very busy month in Leisure and Lifestyle!
On 5th April we were visited by the Ag school with their animals, and residents enjoyed getting “up close and personal” with some of the animals, including one-day-old baby
chickens (hatched just for us!).
Easter gifts were made in craft sessions, and chocolate eggs were funded by auxiliary and provided to all FRC residents.
A very moving ANZAC service was given by Wendy Frasier and attended by several RSL members.
The cinema continues to be enjoyed by several residents every week. The shop is currently open on Monday mornings and by appointment with activity staff members. Regular weekly activities continue (church/Bible group, floor games, bingo, visits from two pre-schools, social group, pamper sessions, trivia, puzzles and quizzes, entertainers) and the Wine and Dine evening is held on the first Wednesday of every month.
