This month we celebrate the arrival of our publication “FINLEY FAMILY FLAIR “- a book about how we enjoy life at FRC.
In collaboration with Danielle Peters, our Executive Leadership team created a special book for each member of our FRC Family (the staff).
The Culture Book is Finley Regional Care’s appreciation gift to each valued member of our Finley Family, and highlights our vision, values and standards which form the foundation
of our culture and our own unique flair.
All staff will receive their own copy and have been invited to attend FRC family meetings which will include the ‘book-launch’.
The Culture Book is your go-to resource for all things related to our fantastic Finley Family Flair.
