As per the report from the Australian Aged Care Quality Agency (AACQA), it was a very good result – the team here at Finley Regional has done a fantastic job, meeting all 44 standards. We were provided with a glowing report, and there were no suggestions or advice for improvement on the official report. The assessors were very impressed with how everything is undertaken, and commented that staff are obviously proud of their home – because it showed. The Board and Management Team are extremely proud of the ongoing contribution our staff make to achieve such a wonderful result.
