We have an incredible diversity within our workforce here at FRC. We are truly fortunate to have such a vibrant, multicultural team, many of whom have made personal sacrifices in order to be able to call Finley their new home. And we love celebrating our diverse and inclusive community and their unique backgrounds and experiences every chance we can!
Recently we had the pleasure of celebrating Philippine Independence Day, where our Filipino staff members treated residents and fellow workers to a taste of their customs, culture and cuisine. And later this week we will have the opportunity to join our Kiribati family as they celebrate their Independence Day. They are excited to share their rich traditions with us through cultural dances, songs, music and traditional food, and we’re looking forward to learning more about their heritage.
