On Tuesday June 25th, Finley Regional Care conducted a Graduation Ceremony for our group of 16 Groworx trainees, five PALMS-ACE workers and three FRC staff trainees.
In response to significant workforce shortages, we undertook a Training Agreement with the Philippines government and the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility Scheme (PALMS) to train a group of workers on the Australian aged care standards and qualifications.
The trainees have now completed their qualification, work placements and additional on-the-job training here with us at Finley Regional Care over the past six months, and we were very pleased to recognise the outstanding accomplishments of our dedicated and caring graduates of Certificate III in Individual Support – CHC33015.
