Residents at Finley have recently been enjoying the ‘Souped Up Program’, an online catering program designed by a dietician, which provides complete dietary and menu management. As Finley’s residents have a wide variety of clinical dietary requirements, allergies, preferences and cultural needs, this program has enabled our qualified chefs, Lisa and Jaice, to provide them with a greater variety of delicious and nutritious dishes, all made from fresh produce sourced daily. The Lamb Hot Pot, Curried Prawns and Summer Berry Pudding have all proved very popular, and residents are eagerly looking forward to mealtimes to discover what interesting dish they will be served next!
Lisa Healey commenced working at Finley in 2013, and enjoys preparing the daily meals for the residents. Jaice Jacob has worked around the world and began employment with Finley in 2015. He is a talented pastry and bakery chef who specialises in making delicious and superbly decorated cakes for our lucky residents.
